Survey Project Manager

This position involves all aspects of the management of major land surveying projects. A four year degree is required and registration as a Land Surveyor in Georgia is preferred. Experience with construction survey management is a plus.  Must be proficient in the use of AutoCad and Carlson software to reduce and process survey field data and prepare survey drawings. Must be able to competently perform and/or manage and coordinate all phases of surveying projects, including boundary analysis, research, 3D contour analysis, title report analysis, survey certifications, personnel management, final platting, ALTA/ACSM requirements, etc. Must be able to develop and maintain good relationships with clients. Must be able to meet deadlines and daily commitments through the effective use of all available resources offered throughout the company. Must be adaptable to our system of land surveying and willing to perform surveys to our standards.

Survey Crew Leader 

The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for management of a crew involved in all aspects of land surveying field data collection, including ALTA/ACSM boundaries, topographic surveys, as-builts, etc.  Experience with GPS, Robotic Instruments, and TDS/Ranger data collection is extremely beneficial.  This is an excellent position for obtaining necessary field experience for licensure as a Land Surveyor.
